By using Farm to People AI Assistant ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service is a meal planning assistant that analyzes your Farm to People delivery box contents and generates personalized meal plans, recipe suggestions, and ingredient swap recommendations using AI.

Account and Credentials

You must provide valid Farm to People account credentials to use the cart analysis features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Your FTP credentials are encrypted and used only to access your cart for meal planning purposes.

SMS Terms

SMS meal plans are available by texting our number. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for support.
SMS is not required to use the web-based Service.

AI-Generated Content

Meal plans and recipes are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee nutritional accuracy. Always use your own judgment regarding food allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to adverse reactions to suggested recipes or meal plans.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
